This spacious lake home has maximum capacity of 15, with plenty of room for more with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located across from the Country Club this home has some of the best sunset views. Cable and internet provided, charcoal grill, extra card tables and chairs if you should decide to entertain. The kitchen is well equipt with all the necessary appliances and pots and pans for preparing your families meals. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all open with a great view of the deck, dock and lake.
The master suite Bedroom #1 has a king bed, and great view of the lake. Bedroom #2 has two sets of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom of each and a single on each top. Bedroom #3 and #4 have queen size beds and Bedroom #5 has a king size bed.
There is plenty of room for you to bring a blow up bed for additional guests, any additional guests over the maximum of 15 will be charged $50 per perosn, per day of stay.
The private dock has several gathering and sitting areas, upper and lower decks, two open boat slips, and a fishing dock.

Several lake residents and vistors enjoy biking around the island in the mornings or going for a walk at Lake Bruin State Park. The park also has a fish cleaning station, fishing piers, and a splash pad for the kids to play on.
THE DOWNTOWN MARKET: Every Saturday morning from Memorial Day to Labor Day the downtown area of Saint Joseph comes alive with vendors and shops peddling their wares, but get there early as most vendors will sell out of homemade items quick.
